Seafood and Vegetables on Lettuce

Vegetables

150 grams Can champignons drained
One carrot sliced
250 grams green king prawns
Half-cup chicken stock
One-teaspoon cornflour
250 grams scallops
250 grams squid
quarter teaspoon sugar

Half x 425-gram can young corn drained
Three green shallots
Half-cup oil
Half small lettuce, shredded
One-teaspoon sesame oil
Two teaspoons oyster sauce
Steps for preparing this recipe:

Shell and devein prawns; clean squid. Cut squid in half, spread out flat with the inside facing up, mark in a diamond pattern with a sharp knife; cut squid into diagonal pieces. Combine prawns, scallops and squid with sugar and corn flour.

One Slice corn in half lengthwise, cut shallots into 4cm lengths. Combine corn, champignons, carrot and stock In pan, bring it to boil, boil for 2 minutes. Drain vegetables, reserve stock.

Heat oil in wok, add seafood, stir-fry until just tender; drain oil from wok except for one tablespoon. Heat it. Combine oyster sauce, and sesame oil with 2 tablespoons of reserved stock. Add seafood, prepared vegetables and shallots, stir-fry until mixture boils and thickens. Turn seafood mixture onto lettuce. Now serve it.
